Bubble milk tea is not only a representative drink in Taiwan, but also a cultural spirit. Its popularity has spread all over the world. For the courses of “International Tourism and Lodging Management” and “International Food and Beverage Management, a visit to Yilan “Kili Bay Milk Tea Cultural Center” is used as a place for teaching. This museum provides an example of the transformation of the traditional production industry into the catering service industry, creating the world’s first bubble milk tea sightseeing factory built by green buildings.

Through this teaching, students learned that the tourism and catering industry needs continuous innovation and research and development, experience service design, and diversified scene planning as competitive advantages, so that students can devote themselves to this industry in the future and have a complete personal experience.
