Tzu Chi University’s 28th Anniversary Club Exhibition, the students and faculty of the International Food and Beverage Management course of the International Service Industry Management Program, and also Proof internship restaurant jointly sold Vietnamese spring rolls, Indonesian salads, Thai energy drinks and muffins. A few days before the event we sent a poster on the Internet to promote, and immediately had several orders. Muffin and Indonesian salad were also very popular, and some customers came back to buy them several times.
This event gave us a very special opportunity to learn. We have been preparing for a while, from planning the menu, trying to make the meal and how many ingredients to buy etc., we had a very new experience.
